Pluspunten
Honestly, in this time being, there are absolutely no pros what so ever.
Minpunten
If I listed all the cons about this company, the list would cease to end. This company has potential to be great, but the executive team, especially the CEO Michael Dancy, doesn’t do the best job at making sure this company progresses towards the right direction. The management in this company doesn’t listen to understand. They make decisions that have negative effects on the company without consulting with everyone beforehand. There is continuous drama that is completely useless and a waste of time. A lot of people in this company have big egos and never seem to want to humble themselves. Too many people care more about their own personal feelings than everyone else’s. A lot of people come to work to socialize instead of doing actual work, just to end up complaining about the very work they aren’t doing. Make that make sense?💁♀️ They create drama because they have a mentality that if it’s not their way then it’s the highway, even if it doesn’t apply to them or their department. Despite what management thinks, they aren’t knowledgeable in all aspects of this company enough to make major decisions alone without consulting with the employees it effects the most. There is a major disconnect between departments, executive team members, and in the relationship from executive team to employees. There is a lack of communication company wide and a lot of it is due to people trying to hide dishonest work when everything should be upfront and available for EVERYONE’s expense. So many people in this company have the saying, “but it’s not my job” engrained in their souls. They “work” just for the paycheck, but not for the benefit of the company. Many people could care less about how their actions effect others. Maybe it’s the fact that they don’t know how much of an impact they make in this company and that ultimately falls back on the CEO. If the employees don’t feel valued or like they can make a difference, then why should they try so hard? How would they know that they’re job has an impact on everyone else? The CEO of this company has too many buddies that he clearly favors more than everyone else. A lot of the time, it seems as if those “buddies” are the only people he listens to. They could tell him to jump off a cliff and he would despite everyone else telling him that he’d get hurt doing so. He is a narcissist and only cares for himself, his buddies, and his “girl”. You would think that the company would be something he cares about but it’s evident that it’s not one of his top concerns, when it should be. This company has gone through a lot, even to the extent of failure, yet none of his actions were in any way to make this company succeed or work better. He has tunnel vision and avoids seeing the little things that can turn in to much bigger problems. He avoids fixing issues, but acts like he is making a difference even though all he does is talk about it, putting forth little to no action. Anytime he comes into work, the environment becomes uncomfortable to work in. He makes things awkward especially when it comes to his “girl” who happens to be a married employee. Many issues have come about over the past years due to his “work spouse” relationship that he has. It is highly inappropriate and very uncomfortable for everyone. He talks nonstop. He thinks he’s helping, when in reality, he’s just wasting everyone’s time by talking about his personal life. I don’t know if he knows this, but everyone knows that if you want to waste time, then you ask him about something in his life and there goes a couple hours of work. Our management needs to step up for themselves and take more time to listen to EVERYONE, not just their friends. This company doesn’t value employees or their opinions. There are so many people in this company who don’t pull their weight or work to the best of their ability. There is no accountability in this company and that is something that is crucial to this company’s success. If everyone did their job and stopped complaining, life would be good.
