      Les responsables des ressources humaines semblent souvent peu engagés et peu préoccupés par le bien-être des employés. Leur manque d'intérêt pour les sentiments des membres du personnel crée un environnement peu favorable. La perception de méchanceté et d'égoïsme parmi eux ne facilite pas la communication ni la résolution des problèmes.

      Good salaries and contracts if you can negotiate. Some really experienced people to learn from It’s F1!

      Horrendous culture. People “in it” don’t see it and use the F1 badge as an excuse but the many good people in this business deserve better - you wouldn’t experience the same at any other team. Shocking management & exec team - vastly under qualified across all departments. HR department there just to fire people Zero investment in people Massive brain drain. Lots of people have moved on and those teams are thriving.
