Flexible hours. Don’t really work full time hours. The job is super easy and not stressful. Maybe once per month you get to explore another city for a few hours

Minpunten

No EBA, lowest pay possible, minimum rest, pay should be more for what you do, treated like numbers not like people

it is like working with a big supportive family. everyone is willing to help with client issues and resolving problems. A lot of opportunities to learn new products and get certified. great experience to put on your resume. this is a one hundred percent microsoft shop and you can get a lot of experience with different applications and really learn the whole stack. you will meet a lot of microsoft folks that will help you with future opportunities and make a lot of connections that will be valuable in a tigh economic climate.

Minpunten

short staffed and too many long days and weekends working to try to get caught up. trying to cover to many different geographic areas with too few resources.
