There was always excitement with the next big project for the big auto makers, and the talent in this company was the best I ever worked with. Executives are great coaches and set the example of of the culture, especially respect. The work is challenging but anyone in the staff was generous with their time to help. Altia has a global presence much larger than other similar companies.

Altia seems like a 30 year old start up, with some things like onboarding and structure clearly defined in something like an employee handbook. When I left they were putting that in place.
