Atmosphere is unbreathable... - Altis is not able to convince customers, they keep switching from one program to another. - Forget about salary increase, - forget about promotion. - You might ended up knowing more before getting into Altis than after, you won't learn much, you will just see how far politics can go... -You might loose your self confidence, there is a biased relation with the customers make the Altis employee to feel disregarded.

Altis is a great place to work at thanks to the various projects going on, from memory or RF chips to embedded software. People here have a lot of experience and it's very motivating for juniors who wants to share and gain a global view of the semiconductor business. Young talented people from around the world are also hired, which makes it a pleasant and dynamic working environment.

Altis is exiting a period with very few customers and orders, and is now recovering. This means there are challenges to face in order to meet the increasing demand both in terms of production and innovation capabilities.
