You will find there some senior people not really competent that wish to end their career in paris area, employee population is old. Very rigid environment, not open to new ideas. Altis is a great place to work at thanks to the various projects going on, from memory or RF chips to embedded software. People here have a lot of experience and it's very motivating for juniors who wants to share and gain a global view of the semiconductor business. Young talented people from around the world are also hired, which makes it a pleasant and dynamic working environment.
