- The structure is good. You will have a team to share the workloads with. - Work-life balance is something that you can expect, as again, each dept has a big team - Non-cash perks are pretty good: insurance, layoffs, events, and a lot of gifts/rewards.

Minpunten

- Office politics/favoritism are strong. Some are openly trying to seem "hardworking" in front of bosses. - Salary range are lower. Offers are pretty low - Some perks/events focused on a managerial level above only - Layers of managers above managers, decisions by managers, but I think this one is a pretty common corporate culture

The work environment is positive, and the team is very supportive. The company offers a hybrid working arrangement and follows Indonesia's collective leave policy. During my time here, I learned a lot and had many opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. The team also strongly supports work-life balance, with overtime being very rare unless there is an urgent business need. Overall, it has been a great place to learn, grow, and build meaningful experience
