When I first started working here, I really enjoyed it, But management has become disastrous. They do not care about their staff. Always short staffed, no pay raises or ability to progress. Overworked! Unappreciated and managers don’t listen to feedback. They’re all about making money, even if it means having 1 staff member caring for way too many patients.. resulting in poor care. Managers get bonuses for being short staffed and pocket it for themselves. You’re frequently floated off your own unit to sit 1:1 with patients. I’d say go somewhere else, but it’s tough when they’re the ruling medical facility in grand forks.
