      There was not a lot of pros about working for Altus they don't pay correctly constantly skimming profit out of employees and not paying travel is how they operate even when they send you halfway across Australia

      Not receiving the correct pay is a big thing as we all have to eat and pay our bills!! I almost got evicted from my house due to not being payed for 4weeks and then it finally came threw and it was short... I quit and went and got a job that pays there employees correctly

      If you want to work long, inconsistent hours, this is your place.

      No scheduled breaks, even on 10-12 hour shifts, you do NOT get paid for travel time, you’re treated like children, there is no environment of respect, and the place is a revolving door of new employees because anyone with even the slightest degree of self-respect will not stay here long. Sometimes you are asked to be at the “shop” as early as 5:15, and you are required to travel 90 minutes each way to the job site. That’s 3-3 1/2 hours a day where you are driving for the company and you DO NOT get paid. You are taken advantage of and treated as such. You are a cog in the machine.
