Company is cash rich and hence lot of things are not yet under the scanner. Lot of cash spent on retaining staff in India like free food, transport and fun events. Yet those who leave are the talented and the remains stay.
Minpunten
Lot of dead rubber across the organization. No domain knowledge in Indian staff though they got massive head count around 2000. Even the old timers who are there for about 8 years in BLR can't do a single domain training. IF there is one, its the slide deck coming from HQ. Everything comes from HQ at France and Indian center is an YES BOSS organization. No one bells the cat and the cat keeps hunting/sleeping.
