If you need help, most in Amazon are willing to help you as a stranger and open to connections and getting you going In the right direction

Work life balance. Typical warehouse, weekends and holidays can be a challenge. Favoritism and who you know plays a role. Peak season can be a strain and a lot of burnout with a company that is quick to push out a new process or initiative but take a long time to get it smooth and fix systematic issues.
