      You will learn a lot, especially if you are in the beginning of your career. You will have the chance to learn about the bigger picture and will have a say in deciding the future of the team. You can even propose ideas targeting specific problems that you have observed. If the management likes it you will get to work on it.

      Minpunten

      Work, work, work. Not many company activities or perks Frugal to a fault. You don't even get two big monitors!!!

      Most AMs have avoritism among employees. We get mandatory extra time (now is calling "voluntary" but you have to go when it is schedule) at the end of the year, what makes difficult for some of us when we have kids and they're really rigid about it.
