Average employee lasts 1.5 years * Lots of burnt-out employees. * "It is what it is" is a common phrase heard around the company when asking employees if they like the long hours. * Very competitive work culture. Lots of nice people but most don't have much time to give guidance. * Bad documentation and little training make it difficult to get up to speed.
