Lack of work-life harmony for anyone that is not a warehouse employee. There is a culture of worshiping the non-exempt employees, while there is no engagement or value for the exempt leaders.

Sometimes you gotta hurry and find equipment or pit equipment before others snag them and leave you with the “bad” ones. That take forever to get repaired.
