Where do I begin. HR is a joke. No direct contact is provided and you will be lost as a new hire. I worked at the sort center and it was hell. Give young adults some authority and it swells their head up like MegaMind. You constantly have to scan and sort packages just to be told you arent making quota. You basically fighting over packages to keep your numbers up so that you arent sent home. Management does not know how to communicate. They are walking , yelling, time crunched people. Flex time ( you stay or leave a hour early or late) is unpredictable. If you decide to leave , at the end of you shift and not stay for flex, this is counted against you. You can only speak to HR before or after shift. Imagine a line 20 people long.. Parking is a joke! Better arrive 20 mins before you shift because thats how long you're going to wait for a spot! Dont bother bringing a lunch..because you have 7 mins to eat..no lie. If you email HR at CLE05, you will get a answer 5 days later . My numbers were about average but it was painful to see people gp through this( management pulls you off the line in front of everyone and tells you how bad or good of a job you're doing)..oh the staff..money is the only motivator.
