Worlds apart from what I remember the big-box or core Amazon warehouses to be like though admittedly that was a few years back. The management are very involved at all levels here and they have worked hard to cultivate a supportive, patient team-focused culture.
Minpunten
- The business has expanded but the building hasn't, working to get 4x the workload out of the same small warehouse. Gets cramped with pallets and unprocessed inventory during busy periods. - Very difficult to get taken on under a permanent contract - The vending machines like stealing money!
