A company who lives by what they say. Throughout the interview process, you are told to understand the 14 leadership principles, and that you will be measured by them... well, that's because as an Amazonian, we apply them to everything we do. Great team, great customers, great environment. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Especially for new starters, starting on their Embark (on boarding program). Very competitive compensation package. Minpunten
There is no really glaringly obvious cons. Other than to say, meter yourself, lest you burn yourself out... The torrent of information, seminars, events, emails, shiny new toys/services, on top of your customers objectives, on a daily basis, means that you need to be self organised and prioritise your activity to stay on track (hint: think of what your customer needs first and work backwards)
