The only issue with Amazon/Flipkart is if you don't perform well for some time or miss some deadline, they will shunk you out, for any reason - specially for Senior Level - SDE-2 Firing : Recently many SDE were put on performance improvement programmes, if they didn't achieve their target No work life balance if you work for ".com" or "AWS" Even with this high salary, if you wanna switch to other company , you will not get much hike , only if you wanna go to other countries or work for Microsoft/other product based companies on their internal tools which have there own cons. Not much benefits in office like - no free food. Even many startups in Pune are offering free food.
