It may looks strange and it is a very stressful test. Yet, in this way the company makes sure to hire and develop the best. If you approach Amazon peculiarities with the right mindset you will find them beneficial for your brain agility. Being a worldwide organization, it is sometimes required (but never ordered) to take part to meeting at hours outside your working hours.
