Good salary, which is not everything in life.

Minpunten

No life/work balance. If you say anything bad, regardless you do it in a polite way, they will make you pay sooner or later. They're not open for constructive feedback, they're always right to change your shift and to make you feel guilty about it. Good people in HR were promoted so now there's a newbie who doesn't care about anything or anyone. If you can, stay away from Central Flow.

AWS has one of the most fun and interactive assessments upon applying and if you pass they almost instantly give you an interview with the recruiter.

Minpunten

Je moet gemotiveerd zijn. NIEMAND zal je hand vasthouden en je vertellen dat je het geweldig doet. Als je constante bevestigingen van het management nodig hebt, is dit bedrijf niets voor jou.
