Those concepts permeate almost ever bit of training and interaction I've had, and the company demonstrates with actions instead of just words. It's a BIG company and there's definitely a learning curve coming on board. Not only are you working to understand your role, but at the same time learning about the company itself and the principles that are applied throughout each division. You may feel a little overwhelmed at first, but know that it's expected and will lead to future success.
