Extensive amount of internal tools almost made to prevent you from translating to another job (not fully but for those who are technical you understand) Carrot on a stick with promotions (I left for a significantly better position). Level egomania, straight A narcissistic types are prevalent and even thrive here. Gargantuan political environment. Zero upward mobility unless you are "in-good" and cut down anyone in your way. Cutthroat politics, you are hired as someone who is "better" than the current team. Great start for a company. Poor boundaries and work-life balance. Metrics heavy for zero reason other than having them turned against you. False "DE&I". Leadership Principles are the beaten like a dead horse and also turned against you. Tremendously poor pay. Recovery from working here: mentally, physically, and emotionally
