      Unusually customer obsessed. Most new employees get an onboarding plan to slowly ramp up into the role hired for. Which in my case was 3+ months. This was amazing. Every employee has a chance to create the next big thing in a safe space. My team works in an independent setting and collaborates as necessary.

      Can feel overwhelming at the beginning but know that you are meant to be here if you get in. This will affect work life balance
