Pluspunten
The work environment is really good, the comfort given to employees is great. Transport and other indoor facilities are excellent as well. Lots to learn if u are just out of college. You can gain immense confidence. Approachability towards higher management is good as well.
Minpunten
Competitive from day 1. You need to learn as quickly as possible coz otherwise someone else will. Promotion is heavily on the managers hand, which can be good for some but not for others. Job can seem simple at first but it would become monotonous and really stressfull afterwards, but to get the managements attention you need to do something extra which means you are competing with your teammates and staying up late several days a week. Being good at ur given work is NOT enough, they need more.
