* lots of politics and mind games to pressure you or kick you out the moment they want to replace you with "fresh blood" * too many org changes impacting your day to day work and priorities * no communication top down, leadership is very unreachable * many operational tasks that you wondered if you're not a secretary * impossible to get a promo except if you stay here more than 5 years and sell your soul * perfect place to have your first burn out and depression
