During this period I influenced local, LATAM and global teams to found a Content area, bringing together the Original, Editorial and Live Streaming teams. As Content team leader my objective was to optimize resources, scale content production for different channels and develop new sources of revenue.
Minpunten
I was responsible for defining and executing content strategy across multiple channels. I've used my knowledge to conceive and execute entertaining, world-class artistic content for audio and video, and then help ensure that content reaches the right channels, to the right customers - from the idea stage through post-production. I also handle business affairs, working with Marketing, Public Relations, Social Media and other channel owners to define content marketing strategies. Also responsible for managing the Amazon Music Original content program, working internally and externally with artists, artist managers, music producers and music industry professionals in general. I conducted efficient processes, using organizational tools and managed several workflows at the same time. I also developed and implemented an ROI model for the Amazon Music Original program to ensure investment recovery and optimize costs and gain media value across all projects.
