Critical **S-team goals have been running for eight years with no meaningful output**. - **Lack of Technical Challenges & Learning Opportunities** The entire architecture across teams is **highly templatized**, meaning there is **nothing new to learn**. The engineering problems lack complexity, and **there are no technical challenges related to traffic at scale**—with maximum TPS being **less than 1**. - **Non-Technical Leadership & Blame Culture** The engineering organization is led by **non-technical L7, L8, L10, and SVPs**, resulting in a **lack of execution and accountability**. To maintain their positions, leaders **shift blame onto L6 SDMs, SDEs, and TPMs**, creating **a toxic, fear-driven culture**. Minpunten

Sometimes you gotta hurry and find equipment or pit equipment before others snag them and leave you with the “bad” ones. That take forever to get repaired.
