They offer healthcare, and competitive pay starting at entry level. I guess if you need healthcare for your family, you can get that right away, where no other job is going to offer that at no experience necessary entry level position.
Minpunten
Come holiday time, they proudly tell you, "you will see your family next year". from thanksgiving to new year, there is mandatory overtime, 60 hour work week. If you take too much time off, you are fired and turned away at the door, no warning required. break time is STRICTLY monitored. you get 15 minutes from the time you walk away from your station to the time you return to your station. if it takes you 5 minutes to walk across the huge warehouse floor, that's unfortunate. When my Mom died, I got written up for not working fast enough.
