Pluspunten
- Amazon takes care of their employees well. During training, there is a coaching session and these coaching sessions help in dealing with difficult customers. My communication skills also improved with the help of my trainer and SMEs. I was able to organize my thoughts more efficiently which lead to less stuttering. Also, there are also SMEs available during training if ever you'll need help. - The pay is also very good. It's higher than the average salary of retail account. - There is fare reimbursement maximum of 2k per month (you have to request this online but no worries there's no hassle). - There is also rice subsidy I think that was 1.5k per month - You'll have way more incentives once you're converted to blue badge (regular employee) - Can be promoted to supervisor or QC within 6 months to 1 year if you have a good performance and if there's a job opening. - There is a pro-rated 13th month pay for Seasonal employees. 13th month pay for blue badge employees. - Has karaoke room, table tennis area, gaming area, billiards, sleeping quarters - They are very understanding even during training period. - No interview just online assessment - Everything is done online, no paperwork (save the trees)
Minpunten
- The work itself is toxic due to irate customers typical in a call center field. - There is one trainer that is harsh with their words. I haven't experienced it but my former colleague does. The trainer is not suplada though. She actually good, she's just strict when it comes to handling calls. - You'll be assigned to a different account if they are in demand. - Night shift during seasonal, shifting schedules if converted to blue badge.
