The leadership makes such an effort to foster a culture of family and "we're all in this together". There is a great focus on career development and growth--not a common trait in this business. It's obvious that people care for one another here

Things are moving so fast that sometimes things don't get executed as planned.

Haven't been here a full year yet but major pros are: - Unlimited PTO (in my experience, they are pretty generous with this) - Great management, that allow you to do your job - Competitive salary
