you can learn how to work with skeleton crews on large machines basically doing more with less. So called lean manufacturing. You learn to work and trust in yourself and not in the management.

Minpunten

management cares about growing the profits at the expense of losing good employees all in the name of profit.

The people are good. It is a nice clean environment to work in.

Minpunten

Morale is very low. Employees are leaving and they are not backfilling positions. Adds a lot of stress out on the floor.
