Lack of advancement opportunities and ethics at this company (they seem to have a buddy system in place) Lack of management just people protecting their positions. Do not share your opinon, even if asked they do not want to hear the truth ( you will be labeled as negative person or trouble maker. You will hear a lot of lip service of how important their employee's are but that is all it is lip service. Over time constantly ( be prepared to spend a lot less time with your family) Untrustworthy, sneaky, dishonest I know of no one at this plant that is happy with their job, its just a pay check for the time being.
