Minpunten

In HQ, things could be much more intense. Long working hours. Colleagues speak different languages. Different business groups have almost none interaction

The people are good. It is a nice clean environment to work in.

Minpunten

Morale is very low. Employees are leaving and they are not backfilling positions. Adds a lot of stress out on the floor.
