Good environment to work, office maintained well. Good food and location.

Minpunten

Need to replace managers or upgrade them to follow good industry standard process, so that employee look upto them. This is for the department i have worked with.

* You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

Minpunten

* The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
