Salary: Stagnant pay with below-market hikes that fail to reward high-performers. Work-Life Balance: A complete "Project Lottery"—either quiet or a 24/7 fire drill with no middle ground. Meritocracy: Non-existent. Individual skill is ignored in favor of arbitrary metrics and "visibility." Management: Middle management is technically disconnected, making poor architectural decisions and ignoring dev feedback. Attrition: A visible "Brain Drain"—the most talented engineers leave within months or first two yrs, leaving a void of technical leadership.

* You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

Minpunten

* The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
