- You can't expect to grow in the company. - Salary raises are awful. - You have to self-learn as the work is very repetitive and using old software. - Micromanagement. A lot.

* You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

* The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
