Work life balance- you don't know what is to rest and live. Culture of doing more with less . Employees exhausted and sick. Salary in Argentina is the worst ever.

* You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

* The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
