Ambiente bem estruturado e companheiros de trabalho dispostos a ajudar na medida do possível. Dá a oportunidade de se conhecer mais do funcionamento de uma empresa de grande porte.

Minpunten

Na minha experiencia atual a empresa não tem um controle certo de papeis e responsabilidades, ou seja, todo mundo faz de tudo. Existem um numero anormal de gerentes na empresa, muitos sem nenhum funcionário reportando abaixo deles. Talvez não seja uma ótima oportunidade para mexer com tecnologias totalmente novas do mercado, uma vez que os produtos tendem a utilizar tecnologias mais antigas.

* You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

* The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
