Most cons would be very project/team specific, if any Felt the salary hike a little underwhelming Bonuses went downhill after a few years

* You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

Minpunten

* The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
