Apparently well funded. Great face time with local staff. Nice co workers.

Minpunten

Unclear/shifting expectations. No real understanding of priorities. Lack of communication between Israel and US offices. Technology is OK, but IT is lacking. Systems are not secure.

* Location is great and has decent lunch options. * Interesting problem space

Minpunten

* Tech is a house of cards. It's really just an older open source app. * No planning - completely disorganized and reactive management. * Deadlines are unrealistic, arbitrary, and shift without explanation. * Gas-lighting, immature, and passive-aggressive colleagues. * Lots of Gatekeeping by colleagues - being told - oh, no, you don't need to attend the all-company meeting - no need to be there. Directly after the meeting, being asked why you didn't attend.
