Pluspunten
The company has an outstanding culture that truly values people. There’s absolutely no office politics or micromanagement, leadership trusts employees to do their best work and provides full support when needed. The environment is positive, collaborative, and respectful, where everyone’s ideas are heard and appreciated. Work-life balance is encouraged, and management genuinely cares about employee growth and well-being. It’s a place where teamwork thrives, contributions are recognized, and you feel proud to be part of the organization.
Minpunten
There are honestly very few downsides to mention. Like any growing company, there can be occasional challenges with workload during busy periods, but the team and management are always supportive and ready to help. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so any issues are usually addressed quickly. Overall, nothing major stands out as a negative experience.
Pluspunten
You can make commission on top of base pay

Want to feel degraded, insulted, and be constantly stressed out and in fear for your job? Come work at AMER Technology! Nothing you do will ever be good enough - you could bring in 5 accounts in one day, the next day you'll be asked why you haven't done it again. Absolutely no training. You will have to ask about every single little thing. This wouldn't be a problem, but then you get into situations where you say or do the "wrong" thing because no one ever told you. You will then be blamed for not producing enough. They will lie to you about the job and why former employees left. ZERO job security. ZERO paid overtime, even though mandatory meetings are consistently called at 4:50 and you are kept after 5:00. You will also be asked to work (unpaid) outside of working hours because "this isn't a 9-5 job"...yet you are being paid peanuts to work 9-5 and will never get OT approved. Racist, sexist, offensive comments will be made on a daily basis towards you and the employee group as a whole. Employees are constantly crying at their desks because of how they are treated. This is NOT normal. Management will say it's the "stress of the job" and "not everyone is cut out for this", even though those employees have history in similar jobs and go on to work successfully at other staffing and recruiting firms.
