The people I worked with were amazing. The president of the company is approachable and easy to talk to.

Communication sometimes isn't the best.

I previously worked for another company similar to Americom and what has been great since I got here was the feeling of Job Security. Being in the construction industry for almost ten years now I know what comes with the winter at most companies (layoffs) since I've been at Americom it seems that they do a great job of keeping busy even in the cold winter months and almost always getting my 40 hours a week if not more. They also have a lot of benefits other companies in the industry don't. Like paid holidays, vacation and a 401 k match

I wish the 401 K match was more than what it is. I'm glad they offer something, but again wish it was more.
