      Pluspunten

      Great culture and integrity when dealing with clients. The founder directors have excellent priorities. It is wonderful that quality of content and service is given such importance. The internal communications are very well established and efficient and there is a positive working and social environment. There is a wide variety of roles you can play depending on your interests. You will not be narrowed in your scope!

      Minpunten

      Not many! A number of inefficient or unnecessary status/resource meetings.

      Pluspunten

      Small agency feel with access to a large global network of specialized talent. Staffed with top talent and capable managers who allow their teams to run the business in an entrepreneurial and highly collaborative manner. The company is not overly consumed with instilling process but it does exist where it makes sense. Team members can swim in and out of their lanes to help support one another. This approach leads to a very agile, flexible and collaborative workforce. There are opportunities to leverage your strengths and experiences and develop new skills in the process. Truly unique and refreshing.

      - Wonderful group of people - Great for writers who like to wear multiple hats in fast-paced environment - Develop meaningful relationships with clients - Very much into feedback culture

      Minpunten

      - No time or resources for career development - Few opportunities for mentorship due to no junior writers - Can take feedback culture a bit too far - Slightly clique-ish
