We’re sorry to hear that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. We take wellbeing, respectful behaviour, and inclusive management seriously, and we do not recognise a culture where overwork, disrespect, or mistreatment are encouraged.
Our managers and people are trained and enabled to support their teams appropriately, and we have clear policies and processes in place to promote fair treatment, reasonable working hours, and accountability. Additionally, our engagement surveys always consistently score highly in the area of 'flexibility', it's disappointing you didn't feel this way whilst working here.
As an employer, we work to support individuals in line with our policies and legal responsibilities, and we encourage concerns to be raised through appropriate channels so they can be addressed constructively.
