A very small biz. - with informal atmosphere typical for a small biz. Full access to the top (President)/no bureacracy, flex schedule, formerly advanced products. Recently started paying OK (but not before 2015), geographically beneficial. Owner is compassionate and feels your pain, whether work or personal - he can help. Too bad it's not enough for a career growth of over-achievers.

A day of peace can be followed by a day of furious nonsense. Owner had quite a temper and kept losing professional employees since company's founding as well as previous company, though recently improved. However owner can do incredible favors to you, as well; hence the title of this review - "Mixed Bag". You may get lucky some days, not so other days. A lot R&D Funding was wasted on nonsense, scheming, fakeness, mis-understanding of market. Denies engineering & business initiative, or accepts but unable to manufacture it. Product is becoming homogenous and very succeptible to competitive pressures. Needs massive investment, to secure its future. Meanwhile, too much fakedness and claims of innovation - for the public, better spend on real product development and line expansion, than on show-business. Even the other guy's review on Glassdoor (here) and elsewhere (cannot list explcitly) is severely biased, as he is owner's relative! Some reviews are fake posted by one person (him) posing as multiples, though that's commonplace for many companies trying to supercharge their Stock - so no complains here, just take those reviews with a grain of salt.
