The people are great - dedicated and great at their jobs

Org was built through acquisition, but standards were not applied, leaving many inconsistencies from salaries to processes. Financial strain from lack of leadership (at the CEO level) meant teams had to be more lean than made sense. Lack of clear prioritization between departmens.

Awesome place to get a ton of experience from people who are good at their jobs. Technical training, a bit of client work, and good practice.

Minpunten

Internship was unpaid which....come on. Sometimes the internship program felt a bit scattered, but other than that, no real complaints.

There are still pockets of employees who want to do great work and are pleasant to work with.

Minpunten

Terrible pay. Leadership is horrendous and does not take feedback. Long hours are expected at an agency, however you’re expected to work 55+ hour weeks.
