In Malta The head of product and the tech team are the worst in terms of professionalism. I had two college from Colombia and Argentina and they were racist and throw them like nothing

On the positive side, the salary is always paid on time, and there’s free ice cream every Thursday.

Minpunten

The company has its positives, but I wouldn’t recommend starting here — especially in the Land-Based Division. There is a high turnover rate in this department, which management sees as a kind of ‘refreshment.’ Chaos is the norm: requirements constantly change, and deadlines are always urgent — usually expected ‘yesterday.’ There are people in key positions who lack the skills, but act like they’re always right and more important than everyone else.
