By the time they get back either they move on or re organised or get fired Annual increments is a pure gamble. It's a unique formula that's not explained/understood by your Manager or HR. Pure luck.. No accountability/aggressiveness Complete mess.. ADI is a great company but great work doesnt happen in all the groups. People policy , work environment , benefits are all really good.. But if work clarity, quality really matters, strongly suggest to avoid.. why should I do this? How important is it? Who's the customer ? What is my role and day to day activities - please ask and join.. Otherwise you will end up writing paper, rigging a demo, proof of concept .. HR is more of Admin role and not towards personnel ( training, retention, development, performance management etc)
