Many of the people at Anaplan are the smartest in the game and the product they support is incredible. The solution sells itself when given the opportunity to present. So many use cases and the product still has room to grow. Culturally sound and on target for newer age companies.
Minpunten
The entire focus of the company is to get to IPO as fast as possible. SELL SELL SELL. While I can understand the focus is major clients and major net new logos, you are forgetting an entire space of mid market business that could fill in the gaps between the onboarding of new big names. Career progress internally is stunted due to continual new hires from other companies based on their ability to enter the next big account, not on talent. No focus on developing current talent either.
