Communication is unique: Financial information commentary reflects lack of understanding of the business (for example, assuming that employees are not working hard in periods where there is less work based on our seasonal business). . Passive-aggressive behaviors are tolerated too often. Lack of national firm vision and strategic planning that can be implemented within the confines of the firm's limitations.
